Robyn Atkins

Legal Assistant with The Will Lawyer, P.A. since July 2025

Robyn joins The Will Lawyer, P.A. as our new Legal Assistant, bringing with her an impressive background in education, legal administration, and a life rich with experience and heart.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family & Consumer Sciences from California State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching, Elementary Education from Western Governors University. Robyn also earned her Legal Secretary Certification from SUNY Oswego and spent three years working at a medical malpractice defense firm, where she managed medical records, legal documentation, and the firm's centralized file system.

As a proud USAF military dependent and wife of a retired USAF service member, Robyn has lived all over the world but now calls the Emerald Coast home. She and her husband recently celebrated 20 wonderful years of marriage and stay busy supporting their children, Ava and Chase, in their wrestling careers at Fort Walton High School.

When she's not in the office, Robyn loves beach days, movie nights, and morning walks with her two pups, Bennie and Roxy..
