Estate Planning Packages

Every family is different—and so is every estate plan. We offer three levels of planning so you can choose the level of protection, convenience, and peace of mind that fits your needs.

A happy family of three enjoying time in a park with tall trees, with a man crouching on the grass holding a young boy on his shoulders, and a woman kneeling beside them, all smiling.

Level 1:
Foundation Plan

For families who want maximum protection—handled for them.

This plan includes everything in the Trust Plan plus comprehensive support from our office in completing the asset transfer process. We personally guide and assist with funding your trust so nothing is left undone.

This plan is ideal for families who want to:

  • Protect their estate with a trust

  • Ensure assets are properly retitled and aligned with their plan

  • Minimize the stress, paperwork, and follow-up required from them

  • Have our office take on the heavy lifting so everything is completed correctly

  • Enjoy the greatest level of convenience, certainty, and hands-on care

The Protection Plan is designed for busy families who want the least amount of personal effort and the highest level of peace of mind—we do the hard part for you.

Three adults, two men and one woman, are gathered around a kitchen table looking at a tablet. The woman has white hair and is smiling, the man with glasses is adjusting his glasses, and the third man is holding the tablet.

Level 2:
Trust Plan

For families who want the essentials in place.

Perfect for those who may not have assets that would require probate, but still want to ensure their wishes are followed and their children and loved ones are protected—no matter what.

This plan is ideal for families who want to:

  • Name guardians to care for minor children

  • Ensure medical wishes are honored through clear healthcare directives

  • Empower trusted loved ones to make financial decisions using a durable power of attorney

  • Put the essential documents in place quickly, affordably, and with confidence

The Foundation Plan covers the basics every family needs for peace of mind.

Level 3:
Protection
Plan

For families who want a smooth, private, court-free asset transfer.

A revocable living trust allows your family to avoid the time, cost, and stress of probate—providing the most streamlined transition of wealth to your heirs.

This plan is ideal for families who want to:

  • Keep their estate out of the court system

  • Ensure assets transfer easily, privately, and efficiently

  • Protect their beneficiaries from future risks such as lawsuits or divorcing spouses

  • Reduce or avoid estate tax exposure

  • Provide ongoing structure, control, and protection for family wealth

The Trust Plan gives your loved ones the simplest, most convenient path during an already hard time.

Our Estate Planning Process

Estate planning doesn’t have to be confusing or overwhelming. We guide you through each stage with clarity, compassion, and efficiency so you always know exactly where you are in the process.

  • Your journey begins with a free, two-hour Family Planning Session with one of our attorneys. This is a true working meeting—not a sales pitch. We learn about your family, your goals, your assets, and your concerns. You’ll leave this meeting understanding what you need and why.

  • After reviewing your goals and circumstances, we help you choose the estate planning package that fits your family best—whether that’s the Foundation Plan, Trust Plan, or Protection Plan. You’re never pushed—just guided.

  • Once your plan is selected, our team begins preparing all of your customized documents. Every detail is tailored to your wishes, your assets, and your family structure.

  • You receive drafts to review at home, followed by a meeting with your attorney to answer questions, make adjustments, and ensure everything reflects your intentions perfectly. Nothing is finalized until you feel 100% confident.

  • When you’re ready, you’ll come in for a formal signing appointment. We handle the witnesses, notary, and legal requirements so your documents are fully valid and enforceable.

  • You receive a beautifully organized estate planning binder (and digital copies upon request) containing all of your signed documents. For trust clients, you also receive clear, easy-to-follow funding instructions so assets can be properly aligned with your trust.

  • Depending on the plan you choose, we either guide you through the funding process step-by-step or (with our Protection Plan) our office handles most of the asset transfers for you. Proper funding ensures your trust works the way it’s meant to—privately, efficiently, and without court involvement.

  • Your estate plan isn’t a one-time project. Life changes—and your documents should, too. We encourage clients to stay in touch and schedule yearly reviews so we can update your plan as your family, assets, or goals evolve. Our team is always here to answer questions and support you long after signing day.
