According to some surveys, over half of the adults in the United States don't have any will or revocable trust in place in the event of their death or disability. Of those individuals that do have a will or trust in place, many of them have never been reviewed or updated since they were prepared to ensure that they still comply with any changes in the law or individual circumstances.

At The Will Lawyer, P.A., we focus on providing individuals and families the peace of mind in knowing that they have the necessary documents in place so that if something were to happen to them, their family and assets would be taken care of and protected by whom they want and in the manner they want.

In addition, we stay in contact with our clients and offer a  review of their documents every three years so that if there are changes in the law or individual circumstances that warrant any change in a client's documents, we are there to keep our client's documents up to date.
